Law360, New York (October 23, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Milberg LLP has hired former Harvard Law School professor and federal procedure expert Arthur R. Miller to head the plaintiff firm's appellate practice.
Miller, who co-authored a civil procedure textbook used widely in law schools across the country as well as the preeminent Federal Practice and Procedure treatise, will continue to teach at the New York University School of Law while he builds up an appellate department at the law firm.
