Airbus, Others Blame Airport in Brazil Crash Suit

Law360, New York (November 06, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Defendants in the wrongful death suit of passengers killed in Brazil's worst airline disaster have filed third-party complaints for indemnity against Brazilian airport oversight agency Infraero, alleging that poor airport conditions caused the crash.

On Wednesday Airbus North America Customer Services Inc., Goodrich Corp., and International Aero Engines AG each filed a third party complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florid against Infraero.
