Law360, New York (November 25, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Taser International Inc. has slipped out of yet another product liability and wrongful death lawsuit in which the electronic control device maker was accused of gross negligence in making and marketing its electrical stunners.
U.S. District Judge Philip M. Pro of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada signed off on an order on Thursday voluntarily dismissing with prejudice Taser from the suit, which also blamed the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and several individual officers for the death of Vardan Kasilyan in 2006....
