Continental Faces Negligence Suit For Denver Crash

Law360, New York (February 04, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A passenger has sued Continental Airlines Inc. and two pilots for negligence related to the December 2008 airplane crash at Denver International Airport.

Julie Kuehn, who was a passenger on the Continental Airlines Flight 1404 jet when it veered off the runway and crashed during takeoff, filed the lawsuit on Wednesday in the Harris County, Texas, District Court, alleging that the two pilots failed to operate the plane with “the highest degree of care.”
