Law360, New York (February 05, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Jenner & Block LLP veteran litigator and co-chairman of the firm’s appellate and supreme court practice Donald B. Verrilli has accepted a position at the U.S. Department of Justice as associate deputy attorney general.
Verrilli, who officially begins his post at the DOJ next week, says it will be difficult to leave the firm where he has spent the past 21 years practicing.
