Law360, New York (May 01, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal jury has awarded over $18 million in damages to a girl who sued Ford Motor Co. and others after a car she was riding in went out of control and rolled over numerous times, leaving her paralyzed.
Ford was responsible for 25 percent of the judgment, or about $4.2 million, the jury found.
