Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 1:16 PM ET) -- A joint venture by Australian infrastructure developer Monadelphous Group Ltd. and Malaysian contractor Muhibbah Engineering Bhd. has won a $332 million development contract for a coal export facility in Australia, both companies announced Thursday.
They said their partnership, known as the Monadelphous Muhibbah Marine joint venture, was awarded the contract to build an offshore plant and export infrastructure for the Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal Pty Ltd. development at Gladstone in Queensland, Australia.
