Law360, New York (February 07, 2012, 4:17 PM ET) -- China Ming Yang Wind Power Group Ltd. has agreed to an engineering and construction contract with the developers of two wind power projects in Bulgaria, the Chinese alternative energy company said Tuesday.
Ming Yang said it signed a contract with W. Power EOOD and A1 Development EOOD to supply the group with turbines and construction services for a 120-MW wind project in Milkovitsa and a 4.5-MW pilot project in Somovit.
