Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 8:03 PM ET) -- A subsidiary of Texas energy company NiSource Inc. will build a 90-mile gathering system, for both wet and dry gas, in the liquids-rich Utica Shale play area in eastern Ohio, the company announced Wednesday.
NiSource Gas Transmission and Storage's Midstream Services said it will construct the large diameter system utilizing affiliate Columbia Gas Transmission's existing right of way. As part of the project, whose financial details were not disclosed, NGT&S has purchased a 200-million-cubic-feet-per-day cryogenic natural gas liquids processing plant that will be delivered in July....
