Shell Preemptively Sues Enviros Over Arctic Oil Spill Plan

Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 8:45 PM ET) -- Shell Gulf of Mexico Inc. on Wednesday launched a preemptive suit against 13 environmental groups it expects to challenge the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement's approval of its oil spill response plan for offshore drilling in the Arctic.
