House Agrees To Consider $109B Senate Transport Bill

Law360, New York (March 08, 2012, 7:30 PM ET) -- Speaker of the House John Boehner, R-Ohio, conceded Thursday that after another failed effort to push along a stalled $260 billion transportation infrastructure bill, the House will take up the Senate's $109 billion version next week.
