Law360, New York (March 09, 2012, 2:02 PM ET) -- California-based energy project developer Joule Investments inked an agreement Friday with the West African nation of Cameroon to build an estimated $1 billion, 450-megawatt hydroelectric facility to dramatically boost electricity generation capacity in the country.
