EPA's New Source Performance Standards For CO2

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 1:32 PM ET) -- On March 27, 2012, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released its long-awaited proposal establishing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions limits from fossil-fuel-fired electric utility generating units[1] pursuant to Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 13, 2012.[2]
