Enerjisa Gets €135M For Turkey's Largest Wind Farm

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 7:37 PM ET) -- The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has approved a €135 million construction loan to Enerjisa for the 52-turbine Bares Wind Power Plant Project in Turkey, the largest wind farm ever built in the country, the bank said Friday.

The wind farm will service the sixth-largest electricity market in Europe, increasing electricity generation from renewable energy sources to meet the growing electricity demand and reducing dependence on expensive, imported fuel sources, the EBRD said.
