FERC OKs Feasibility Permit For 2,000-MW Hydro Project

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 8:55 PM ET) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday approved a preliminary permit for a 2,000-megawatt pump storage hydroelectric project in Arizona, to obtain information to determine the feasibility of the project amid objections by environmental groups about its potential impacts.
