Judge Halts $129M Sale In ESA Puerto Rico Solar Project Row

Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 6:16 PM ET) -- A Florida federal court judge granted a motion Wednesday by California renewables developer Commercial Solar Power Inc. for a temporary restraining order preventing ESA Renewables LLC from selling a $129 million solar project in Puerto Rico, a day after it alleged ESA Renewables backed out of a purchase agreement.
