FERC's Call For Comments On Interconnection Facilities

Law360, New York (May 25, 2012, 1:43 PM ET) -- On April 19, 2012, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued a notice of inquiry (NOI) on open access and priority rights with regard to interconnection facilities, i.e., generator lead lines.
