Dominion Sues Sierra Club Over Maryland LNG Project

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 6:03 PM ET) -- Dominion Cove Point LNG LP hit the Sierra Club and its Maryland chapter with a lawsuit Friday claiming a 2005 agreement authorizes it to construct a natural gas liquefaction project in Lusby, Md., weeks after the organization demanded that it discontinue the project.
