Green Groups Press NY GOP On Fracking Waste Bill

Law360, New York (June 06, 2012, 6:17 PM ET) -- Environmentalists descended on New York's capital city Wednesday, serving up faux "toxic cocktails" with hydraulic fracturing-themed names in a bid to pressure Republicans to pass legislation subjecting byproducts of the controversial gas drilling method to classification as hazardous waste.
