Enviros Challenge Approval For $1.2B NJ-NY Spectra Pipeline

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 9:29 PM ET) -- Environmentalists, the city of Jersey City and Conrail have asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to reconsider its decision allowing Spectra Energy Corp. to build a $1.2 billion natural gas pipeline from northern New Jersey to Manhattan, saying the agency paid too little attention to potential health dangers to the heavily populated area.
