Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 5:43 PM ET) -- Exxon Mobil Corp. is weighing a bid on Afghanistan's upcoming oil tender, a change of course for the energy giant after skipping early bid rounds in the country, which is considered wildcat territory even by the high-risk, high-reward standards of Middle East oil exploration.
