Green Groups Settle With US Over Energy Corridor Plan

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 6:41 PM ET) -- The U.S. government on Tuesday reached a settlement with several environmental groups resolving a suit over the use of 3.2 million acres of federal land as a Western energy corridor, as the government agreed to establish periodic reviews, conduct studies and enact new agency guidance for the area.
