Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 6:53 PM ET) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Friday vacated a pair of decisions allowing Cameron LNG LLC and Broadwater Energy LLC to build liquefied natural gas facilities at import terminals in Louisiana and New York, citing inactivity on construction.
In separate filings, FERC said Cameron would no longer be able to expand its LNG import site in Hackberry, La., and vacated an order authorizing Broadwater to build a 22-mile pipeline and LNG facility in Long Island, N.Y.
