Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 4:23 PM ET) -- The Australian state of Queensland gave Cockatoo Coal Ltd. the go-ahead Monday to prepare a full environmental impact statement for the AU$1.12 billion (US$1.14 billion) Taroom coal mine it has planned for the northern Surat Basin.
