Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 9:03 PM ET) -- Amtrak on Monday announced its latest blueprint for rebuilding its heavily traveled Northeast Corridor, calling for 94-minute rides from New York to Washington and Boston as part of a $151 billion makeover to be phased in over the next 30 years.
