Issa, Mica Say FAA Let Politics Cloud Wind Farm Approval

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 5:33 PM ET) -- Two congressional committee leaders on Tuesday told the Federal Aviation Administration they are concerned political considerations influenced the agency’s decision to give its blessing to a wind farm off the coast of Massachusetts.
