Construction Co. Sues Travelers For $16M In Lost Contracts

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 7:52 PM ET) -- Reginella Construction Co. Ltd. on Thursday filed suit in Pennsylvania federal court accusing Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. of America of costing it $16 million by jeopardizing two construction projects, including one for the Ohio Turnpike Commission.

In the suit, Reginella alleges Travelers refused to cover a bogus lien a subcontractor placed on a $10 million Ohio Turnpike project against Reginella, resulting in it being kicked off the project.
