Pa. Man Challenges Zoning Under Disputed Pro-Fracking Law

Law360, Philadelphia (August 29, 2012, 3:58 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania resident has cited a contested pro-fracking law pending in the state’s Supreme Court in his challenge to a local zoning ordinance, claiming in a filing with the Public Utility Commission that the ordinance illegally blocks natural gas and oil production.
