USDA Unit Says LNG Project Will Bisect Protected Wetlands

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 3:52 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service contends that part of a proposed liquefied natural gas export terminal and pipeline development will bisect lands protected under the Wetland Reserve Program, according to comments filed Thursday with a federal agency.
