The potential sale would include both the Pepe Jeans and Hackett brands and could catch as much as €700 million ($941 million), the report said. The private equity-backed clothing retailer has attracted several buyout firms so far, including KKR & Co., Permira Advisers LLP, CVC Capital Partners Ltd. and PAI Partners SAS, as well as strategic companies. ...
