GHG Threat Finding Doesn't Equal Regulation: EPA

Law360, New York (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa P. Jackson told a Senate committee Tuesday that finding carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases a threat to public health wouldn’t necessarily mean regulation of emissions. She also faced questions about a memo that refers to possible economic repercussions from regulating greenhouse gases.
