FDA Tobacco Bill Clears Key Senate Hurdle

Law360, New York (June 09, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A long-discussed measure that will give the U.S. Food and Drug Administration power to regulate tobacco products has passed a cloture vote in the U.S. Senate, paving the way for its final passage.
