An Eye On Acquiring Minority Interests

Law360, New York (April 21, 2010, 12:56 PM ET) -- A recent report published by the U.K.’s Office of Fair Trading (OFT) could signal a renewed interest by competition authorities in situations where companies obtain minority interests in competitors.
