Oil Rig Blast Sparks New Offshore Drilling Debate

Edward Markey, D-Mass., called on the CEOs of five major oil companies Thursday to testify before Congress about the future of offshore drilling plans, as lawmakers prepare for a major re-examination of federal energy policies in the wake of the BP PLC-operated oil rig blast.
