Law360, New York (May 20, 2010, 6:34 PM ET) -- Massey Energy Co.'s top executive defended the company's safety record at a U.S. Senate hearing Thursday on mine safety in the wake of an April explosion that killed 29 workers at the Massey-owned Upper Big Branch mine in West Virginia.
