Export Council Gets Moving On US Trade Initiatives

Law360, New York (August 25, 2010, 6:13 PM ET) -- The President's Export Council, a group of industry and government leaders focused on improving international trade, will start meeting in September to devise ways to meet the U.S. goal of doubling exports by 2015.

Chairman Jim McNerney of The Boeing Co. and Vice Chairman Ursula Burns of Xerox Corp. said last week that they had structured the group into five subcommittees and planned to have their first official meeting Sept. 16.
