EPA Unveils Draft Plan For Fracking Study

Law360, New York (February 09, 2011, 3:06 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has submitted a draft plan for studying how the natural gas excavation method known as hydraulic fracturing may impact drinking water.

The EPA said Tuesday that it submitted the draft plan to its Science Advisory Board for review, a stage that will also include a chance for stakeholders and the public to offer comments.
