FCC Approves Digital Anti-Piracy Measure

Law360, New York (November 05, 2003, 12:00 AM ET) -- As expected, the Federal Communications Commission approved Tuesday a rule requiring that some personal computers and other consumer devices be equipped with technology to help block online piracy of digitally broadcast programming, the Washington Post reported.
