Law360, New York (January 13, 2012, 4:47 PM ET) -- The Obama administration on Friday unveiled a pilot program that seeks to speed up environmental reviews for high-speed rail projects in the Northeast corridor.
The program is part of President Barack Obama's broader initiative to boost job creation by expediting environmental review processes and permitting for major infrastructure projects.
