Law360, New York (July 19, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Responding to reports and a suit over alleged burns and an amputation caused by its Easy-Bake oven toys, Hasbro Inc. beefed up a previous recall Thursday and offered voucher refunds for a million of the toys.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the company's first voluntary recall of the ovens back in February. That recall advised customers not to let their children play with the ovens and offered a free repair kit.
