USPTO Rules Under AIA Would Burden Patentees, Groups Say

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 6:24 PM ET) -- Arguing that certain rules proposed for post-grant review and inter partes review under the America Invents Act will put patent owners at an unfair disadvantage, leading intellectual property groups urged the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on Monday to reconsider some of the proposals.
