Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 4:25 PM ET) -- Debate reignited Tuesday over the price of President Barack Obama’s health care industry overhaul, with a Republican trustee for Medicare releasing a study projecting cost overruns of $340 billion to $530 billion and the White House immediately denouncing the analysis.
In his study, Medicare trustee Charles Blahous predicts the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act will add anywhere from $340 billion to $530 billion to federal deficits over the next decade.
