States Can't Challenge ACA's Contraception Rule, Feds Say

Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 5:26 PM ET) -- Federal agencies told a Nebraska federal court on Monday that states lack standing to challenge regulation requiring employers, including those with religious affiliations, to offer free contraceptives in their health coverage.
