Judiciary Committee Looks To Streamline NY Pleading Process

Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 5:39 PM ET) -- The New York Senate Judiciary Committee gave the green light Tuesday to a bill that aims to make New York a more attractive venue for litigants by removing certain requirements regarding the filing of civil papers that have been long reviled by lawyers and administrators alike.
