Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 7:03 PM ET) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration should require ongoing safety research for drugs approved despite some uncertainty about their risks, or else provide rationale for not requiring testing, said a report commissioned by the FDA and released Tuesday.
