Law360, New York (August 29, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Following in the footsteps of federal regulators, Nevada's attorney general is putting UnitedHealth Group Inc.'s proposed $2.6 billion buyout of Sierra Health Services Inc. under the antitrust spotlight.
