Sen. Pushes NLRB Member To Resign Over 'Misconduct'

Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 8:58 PM ET) -- Sen. Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, on Tuesday reportedly threatened to hold a congressional hearing over the alleged unethical actions of National Labor Relations Board member Terrence Flynn, due to the lack of cooperation Harkin has received from the official.

The move follows reports released in March and April by NLRB Inspector General David P. Berry who says that Flynn, while he was chief counsel for the agency, released deliberative nonpublic information to people outside of the NLRB.
