Law360, San Diego (May 11, 2012, 8:39 PM ET) -- The California Public Utilities Commission on Thursday issued a ruling calling on Pacific Gas & Electric Co. and other investor-owned utilities in the state to set up energy efficiency programs that focus more on measures offering long-term energy savings.
