Intel Exec, Others Press Congress On Sustainability Ratings

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 8:42 PM ET) -- Intel Corp., Procter & Gamble Co., Eastman Chemical Co. and FedEx Corp. executives told a Senate subcommittee on Wednesday that Congress could best encourage corporate environmental sustainability efforts by standardizing corporate sustainability ratings systems, in addition to funding innovation and extending fuel efficiency tax breaks.
