No Deal Yet On National Drug Track-And-Trace System

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 7:39 PM ET) -- Drug industry stakeholders and lawmakers have yet to come to a final agreement on a nationwide system for tracking pharmaceuticals, but said Tuesday that they expect to reach a deal in time to include it in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration user fee bill.
